Performance features:
(1) It is a green water treatment formula with the characteristics of biodegradable and phosphorus-free. The discharged water can meet the national environmental protection sewage discharge standard (total phosphorus ≤0.5 mg/L) without special treatment.
(2) In addition to the characteristics of good biodegradability, polyoxypolyphthalic acid in the components also has the advantages of small dosage and excellent scale inhibition perform- ance. It has a high scale inhibition rate in high-alkalinity and high-hardness water, which is significantly better than commonly used organic phosphonic acid ATMP and HEDP scale inhibitors.
Moreover, it has the dual functions of scale inhibition andcorrosion inhibition;
(3) The polyaspartic acid in the component can chelate calcium, magnesium, copper, iron and other multivalent metal ions, especially can change the crystal structure of calcium salt, so that it forms soft scale, so it has good scale resistance;
(4) The alkyl epoxy carboxylate in the component is an environmentally friendly water treatment agent, which is characterized by nontoxic, non-phosphorus, can withstand chlorine, high temperature, and has a particularly good effect on calcium carbonate scale inhibition;
Use: this agent has good thermal stability, hydrolysis resistance, excellent scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition performance, etc.
Under the control of high concentration ratio in the circulating water system, this product is particularly suitable for harsh water conditions with high calcium, hardness, alkalinity, and pH levels.
It offers superior scale inhibition and corrosion prevention compared to phosphorus-based treatment agents. Moreover,once the chemical's effectiveness wears off, it remains biodegradable and non-toxic, making it an excellent alternative to current phosphorus-based corrosion inhibitors and scale inhibitors.
Usage: the dosage varies according to the water quality index and process parameters of the application system, generally based on the replenishment water volume, the dosage concentration is controlled at about 20 ~ 50mg/L, applicable pH value 7.0-9.5.
Packaging and storage: packaged in 25kg, 200kg, 1000kg plastic drums, stored in a cool and dry place, storage period of 12 months, handle carefully to prevent impact.
