1. Performance and Application
SGR1231 cleaning agent is mainly developed for removing calcium sulfate scale, and has a certain removal effect on some insoluble organic matter. The agent is mainly composed of a variety of chelating agents, dispersants, penetrants, which can penetrate and dissolve calcium sulfate scale, and bubbles will be generated in the process of scale dissolution, which helps to peel the dirt from the surface of the equipment through physical forces. It can be widely used in a variety of heat exchangers, such as multi-effect evaporator, MVR evaporator and other circulating medium for high salt and high sulfate medium equipment and pipelines, especially the pipe diameter is small, the use of swelling cleaning agent is easy to cause blockage. The cleaning agent product is neutral and does not corrode the metal.

3. Usage Instructions
Different cleaning methods can be selected according to the scale degree and specific working conditions of the system. Under normal circumstances, soak or cycle cleaning process is used, the treatment time is 6h-24h, the initial concentration of the agent is 50%-100%, the applicable temperature of the product is normal temperature to 100℃, rising temperature can significantly improve the reaction speed, it is recommended that the cleaning temperature is above 60℃; The specific cleaning process should be designed according to the system equipment structure and site public engineering conditions, and the cleaning time, temperature and dosage should be judged according to the scale degree combined with the scale dissolution experiment.
4. Packaging and Storage
SGR 1231 is packaged in plastic barrels, typically 25 kg per barrel or according to customer requirements. Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place, with a shelf life of ten months.
5. Safety and Protection
SGR 1231 is a neutral product and does not cause significant corrosion to equipment. During handling, ensure proper labor protection and avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
