1、Class A inhibitor can be used for stainless steel tube or titanium tube open recirculating cooling water systems, and also for carbon steel tube ash flushing water systems. 2、Class B inhibitor can be used for copper tube open recirculating cooling water systems. 3、Class C inhibitor can be used for copper tube open recirculating cooling water systems requiring higher azole content. 4、Inhibitor with phosphate content ≥6.8% is phosphorous-containing; phosphate content 2.0~6.8% is low phosphorous; phosphate content <2.0% is phosphorous-free. | |||
Performance:
This product, developed through extensive laboratory testing and field application improvements, is a high-efficiency scale and corrosion inhibitor. Used in recirculating cooling water systems, it provides excellent corrosion inhibition for metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper. It strongly inhibits scale deposition and has outstanding dispersing properties for foulants.
Application:
As a scale and corrosion inhibitor, it is widely used in open recirculating cooling water systems of thermal power plants, biomass power plants, waste-to-energy plants, nuclear power plants, etc.
Usage Dosage:
Dosage varies depending on the water quality indicators and process parameters of the application system. Generally calculated based on make-up water volume, the dosage concentration should be controlled at around 6.5~15.0 mg/L. Suitable pH range: 7.0-9.5.
Packaging & Storage:
Packed in 25 kg, 200 kg, or 1000 kg plastic drums. Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: twelve months. Handle with care during transportation to avoid impact.
