Product Name: TRT Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor (Gas-phase Concentrate) 

Properties: This product is a specially developed scale and corrosion inhibitor formulated according to the characteristics of TRT (Top Gas Recovery Turbine) units. It utilizes the temperature and kinetic energy of the blast furnace gas to instantly mix uniformly with the flue gas within the gas pipeline, effectively inhibiting and shielding against scaling substances that cause fouling in TRT units. This product functions to distort scaling crystal lattices, disperse suspended matter, form protective films, clean surfaces, and neutralize acidic substances.

Physicochemical Indicators:

Application: As a specialized scale and corrosion inhibitor for TRTs, it can be used in systems where blast furnace gas is used as the medium for exchanging pressure energy and heat recovery.

Mechanism of Action and Features:

(1) After being injected into the blast furnace gas, the agent instantly vaporizes and mixes uniformly utilizing the gas temperature and kinetic energy.
    (2) The agent undergoes eutectic crystallization with, or adsorbs onto the surface of, inorganic salt crystals in the gas, distorting the crystal lattice and disrupting the crystallization behavior and orientation of the inorganic salts. It alters the shape and size of the crystals, preventing inter-crystalline bonding and the formation of a three-dimensional network structure, thereby halting further crystal formation and growth. This prevents salt crystals (scale) in the gas from depositing on turbine blades, rotors, and other parts.
    (3) The surfactant components in the agent can clean blade surfaces and eliminate surface charges on metals, preventing the adhesion of impurities onto the blades.
    (4) The agent forms a protective corrosion and scale inhibitory film on the blade surface, which is metal-philic at one end and hydrophobic at the other. This film prevents contact between salt components, acidic gases, and other substances with the blade surface, keeping the blades and other metal surfaces of the unit smooth.
    (5) The agent absorbs acidic gases in the blast furnace gas, reducing their concentration, achieving a corrosion inhibition effect, and preventing pitting corrosion.

Usage Instructions: Apply via continuous injection. The dosage depends on the scaling condition of the TRT unit. The typical dosage concentration is 100 ~ 150 g/10⁴ m³.h (under high-temperature conditions) and 150 ~ 200 g/10⁴ m³.h (under low-temperature conditions). If floating matter or turbidity is observed, shake well before use; this does not affect the product's efficacy.

Packaging, Storage & Transportation: Packed in 25 kg plastic drums. Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is twelve months. Handle with care during transportation to prevent impact.
