Performance: This product is a high-efficiency corrosion inhibitor, providing excellent corrosion inhibition for metals such as carbon steel, copper and its alloys, aluminum, and stainless steel. It features low dosage, rapid film formation, and good thermal stability. It can be used in conjunction with the Zero Discharge Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor for zero discharge operation in wastewater reuse recirculating cooling water systems.
Characteristics:
(1) Excellent corrosion inhibition performance in circulating water systems. It provides good corrosion protection for heat exchange equipment made of materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum within the system. It is applicable to wastewater with high chloride, high sulfate, high COD, etc.
(2) The agent has strong resistance to chloride ions and sulfate ions, wide applicability to different water qualities, and can be adjusted flexibly according to on-site water conditions.
(3) Good dispersing properties, effectively preventing the deposition of various foulants, allowing the system to operate economically even in the presence of some fouling, with excellent results.
Usage Method: Used as a corrosion inhibitor for industrial recirculating cooling water systems. The dosage is generally controlled at around 50-100 mg/L based on the makeup water volume, or it can be dosed directly.
Packaging and storage: Packed in plastic drums, with a net weight of 25Kg per drum. Store in a cool and dry place. The storage period is ten months. Handle with care during transportation.
