Product Introduction: This product is a colorless to light yellow transparent liquid, primarily used for the corrosion protection of boiler equipment, pipelines, and chemical installations during cold shutdown or out-of-service periods.
Properties and Uses: This product is used at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. It is particularly suitable for protecting industrial boiler equipment or other industrial equipment from shutdown corrosion. After proportional dilution, it is added to the equipment. Application is convenient; a single dose is sufficient without needing additional chemicals. The medicinal effect is long-lasting, making it suitable for protecting boiler equipment that is out of service for extended periods, on cold standby, or mothballed.
Usage Instructions: Mix uniformly at a ratio of 2-3 kg of protective agent concentrate per ton of water, then fill the boiler or other industrial equipment to achieve rust prevention. It can prevent metal corrosion for up to 6 months. If the protection period needs to exceed six months, use 3-5 kg per ton of water.
During application, ensure the liquid completely fills the equipment. Flush the solution into the superheater, feedwater makeup tank; after adding the chemical, circulate to ensure uniformity, then proceed to the reheater. After dosing, the protective solution should have a pH around 10.0-11.0, indicating sufficient chemical dosage. Then seal the equipment.
Before using this product, the equipment system must be maintained and checked for leaks to ensure the system is leak-free. Otherwise, loss of coolant and corrosion inhibitor may occur, affecting performance. This product must not be mixed with other additives.
Packaging, Storage, and Transportation:
1.This product is packaged in plastic drums: 25 kg/drum, 1 t/drum, or as required by the customer.
2.Store separately from flammable, combustible materials, reducing agents, acids, alkalis, and other substances. Must not be stored together.
3.The storage area should be equipped with leak emergency handling equipment and appropriate containment materials.
Safety Precautions: Avoid inhalation and ingestion. Operators must wear protective goggles, 3M masks, and acid-alkali resistant gloves.
