Product Introduction:
This product is a new high-tech anti-corrosion solution for petroleum refining and gathering/transportation systems, featuring film-forming and neutralizing properties. It effectively suppresses corrosion from dispersed H₂S-HCl-CO₂-H₂O media and organic acids, while also resisting salt scale and fouling.
Application:
Suitable for corrosion protection of atmospheric and vacuum distillation tower tops and pipeline equipment in refineries.
Features:
(1) Exhibits film-forming and neutralizing properties. Forms films rapidly with dense, robust structures resistant to gas scouring, maintaining stable iron ion levels during process operations.
(2) Compatible with crude oils of varying sulfur content. Adjusting inhibitor dosage ensures effluent iron ions remain below 3 ppm. (3) Low freezing point ensures excellent flowability and ease of use during cold seasons.
Usage Method:
Mix product with water before adding to the system.
(1) For ammonia injection processes: Add at 10-30 ppm to achieve effluent iron ions below 3 ppm.
(2) For non-ammonia injection processes: Add at 40-60 ppm to achieve effluent iron ions below 3 ppm.
Packaging, Storage, and Transportation:
(1) Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 200kg per drum.
(2) Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: one year.
Safety Precautions:
Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with copious amounts of water. Keep away from sources of ignition.
