Performance:
This product exerts its biocidal effect by breaking the bonds of bacterial and algal proteins. Upon contact with microorganisms, it rapidly inhibits their growth, leading to the death of biological cells. It can penetrate biofilms adhering to equipment surfaces, acting as a bio-stripper. It features high biocidal efficacy, good degradability of active ingredients, no residue formation, strong stability, and excellent compatibility.
Applications:
This product is a broad-spectrum, highly effective, low-toxicity, non-oxidizing biocide. It is primarily used in circulating cooling water systems to inhibit microbial growth and disperse biological slime. When alternated with other oxidizing biocides, it exhibits synergistic effects. It can be used concurrently with oxidizing biocides such as chlorine gas.
Usage: As a primary slime stripping agent, add 150-300 mg/L. For biocidal treatment, apply weekly at 100-200 mg/L based on bacterial/algal proliferation.
