Performance Characteristics:

(1)It is a green water treatment formulation, featuring both biodegradability and low phosphorus content. The discharge water can meet the National Secondary Standard for Environmental Sewage Discharge (Total Phosphorus ≤1.0 mg/L) without requiring special treatment.
    (2) Compared to other all-organic alkaline treatment formulas, it is more suitable for operating conditions with high hardness, high cycles of concentration, as well as high temperature and long residence times. This agent uses the latest efficient dispersants and corrosion inhibitors to effectively control metal (carbon steel, copper alloy, stainless steel, etc.) corrosion and heat exchanger scaling.
   (3) Utilizes our company's modified PESA high-performance scale inhibitor and dispersant product, providing excellent prevention against scaling and suspended solids deposition. This technology is one of the latest in water treatment. Using this product can prevent scaling in recirculating water systems that traditional programs cannot handle. It also offers very good dispersing performance under conditions of high water temperature and low flow velocity, reducing the formation of iron, phosphate, and foulant deposits.
   (4) Employs an AA/AMPS/HPS dispersant product, which effectively prevents scaling and suspended solids deposition. When combined with appropriate microbial control, it effectively prevents foulant deposition, thereby avoiding under-deposit corrosion which is prone to occur when chloride and sulfate concentrations are high in recirculating water.

Application:

As a scale and corrosion inhibitor, it exhibits excellent ability to inhibit carbonate scale in water with high Ca²⁺and high alkalinity, and has good dispersing properties. It is suitable for recirculating cooling water systems with high cycles of concentration and high pH values.

Usage Method:

Dosage varies depending on the water quality indicators and process parameters of the application system. Generally, based on the makeup water volume, the dosage concentration should be controlled between 20~50 mg/L. Suitable for pH range 7.0 – 9.5.

Packaging, Storage & Transportation:

Packed in 25 kg, 200 kg, or 1000 kg plastic drums. Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is twelve months. Handle with care during transportation to prevent impact.
