Product Name: Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor for Reclaimed Water Reuse (Low-Phosphorus)
Main Components: Organophosphates, Phosphonocarboxylic acid, Sulfonate copolymers, Fatty amines, Non-ionic surfactants, Azoles (e.g., triazoles), and additives.
Appearance: Yellow or brownish-yellow transparent liquid.
Physicochemical Indicators:
Item | Indicator |
Azole (as C₄H₄NHN:N) Content (%) | ≥1.0 |
Solid Content (%) | ≥21.0 |
pH (1% Aqueous Solution) | ≤4.5 |
Density (20°C) (g/cm³) | 1.1~1.18 |
Performance Characteristics:
(1)Low phosphorus content, non-toxic, environmentally friendly, classified as a green scale and corrosion inhibitor.
(2)The unique feature of this agent lies in its fatty amine component, which is oil-soluble. When added to water in low doses, it forms a microemulsion with the help of surfactants. Upon contact with metal surfaces, it preferentially self-enriches at the solid-liquid interface through ether bonds and amine groups in its molecules. The long hydrocarbon chains orient outward, forming a hydrophobic film. This results in a high local concentration of the inhibitor at the interface, effectively inhibiting metal corrosion. The hydrophobicity of the high-resistance hydrophobic liquid film formed at the interface hinders the nucleation, growth, and deposition of hydrophilic inorganic scales. It exhibits good synergistic effects with other active components of the inhibitor, effectively suppressing foulant adhesion and deposition on metal surfaces. Due to the structural characteristics of the fatty amine, it also possesses good penetrative, dispersive, and stripping actions against biological slime in the system, enhancing bactericidal effects.
Application: This product is particularly suitable for open recirculating cooling water systems using polluted water sources or municipal reclaimed water as makeup water. It can improve heat exchange efficiency, reduce equipment maintenance, and extend equipment service life.
Usage:
Dosage varies depending on the water quality indicators and process parameters of the application system. Generally, based on the makeup water volume, the dosage concentration should be controlled at around 20-50 mg/L. Suitable for pH range 7.0 – 9.5.
Packaging, Storage & Transportation:
Packed in 25 kg, 200 kg, or 1000 kg plastic drums. Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is twelve months. Handle with care during transportation to prevent impact.
