Performance:
This product inhibits protein synthesis, causing bacterial proteins to coagulate and die, and then adsorb onto the cell wall; it can control the permeability of the cell plasma membrane, causing cell death; it can effectively kill aerobic bacteria, anaerobic bacteria, fungi, algae, and other microorganisms; it can disperse and strip biological slime within a wide pH range.
Applications:
This product is primarily used in circulating cooling water systems to inhibit microbial growth, disperse and peel off biological slime, and when used in conjunction with chlorine-based disinfectants, it has a synergistic effect.
Usage:
The dosage varies depending on the extent of biofouling adhesion and growth, generally ranging from 200 to 300 mg/L. After adding this product, if turbidity increases or surface floating particles appear, they should be removed via overflow or increased drainage. If foam is excessive, a small amount of defoamer can be added.
Packaging and Storage:
Packaged in 25 kg plastic bucket. Store in a cool, shaded area. Crystallization may occur during low-temperature storage, but this does not affect efficacy. Do not mix with scale inhibitors or corrosion inhibitors in the same tank to prevent precipitation. Shelf life: 12 months.
