Scien Green Showcases Core Water Treatment Technologies at the 14th Six-Province Fertilizer Industry Exchange Conference

2026-09-30

On August 24, the "14th Exchange Conference on High-Quality Development and Energy Conservation & Carbon Reduction of the Fertilizer Industry under the '15th Five-Year Plan' for Six Provinces (Anhui, Shandong, Henan, Jiangsu, Hebei and Shanxi)" was held in Hefei, Anhui Province, jointly organized by the chemical fertilizer industry associations of the six provinces. Scien Green EnvironmentCo., Ltd. attended the conference with its core technologies, including salt-inhibition technology for hazardous waste quench towers, electrochemical zero-discharge circulating water technology, and phosphorus-free boiler scale inhibition, presenting innovative solutions tailored to the fertilizer industry's needs for energy conservation, consumption reduction, pollution reduction and carbon reduction.

As an important annual exchange for the six-province fertilizer industry in the opening year of the "15th Five-Year Plan", this conference, themed "Seeking New Opportunities Together, Building Synergistic Value Chains, Saving Energy and Reducing Carbon, and Safeguarding Food Security", brought together more than 200 representatives from industry regulatory authorities, leading fertilizer and chemical enterprises, and upstream and downstream supporting service providers across the six provinces. In-depth discussions were held on topics including ensuring stable supply and prices of fertilizers, technological innovation for energy conservation and carbon reduction, and industrial chain synergy.

Closely aligned with the actual needs of the fertilizer industry's green transformation, Scien Green highlighted three core technologies:

1. Electrochemical Zero-Discharge Circulating Water Technology. Through the action of an electric field, this technology integrates scale inhibition, sterilization and corrosion protection in one system, effectively increasing the concentration cycles of circulating water and reducing blowdown. Combined with water quality optimization, it achieves near-zero discharge, helping fertilizer enterprises meet the "15th Five-Year Plan" requirements for industrial water conservation and emission reduction, and lowering water consumption per unit of product.

2. Phosphorus-Free Boiler Water Scale Inhibition Technology. Scien Green's SGR1907 phosphate-free scale inhibitor adopts a "three-in-one" formula to replace conventional chemicals. Non-toxic, phosphorus-free and biodegradable, it delivers reliable scale inhibition performance while meeting the industry's requirements for green production and phosphorus pollution control, striking a balance between economic and environmental benefits.

3. Salt-Inhibition Technology for Hazardous Waste Quench Towers. Drawing on real project cases of hazardous waste incineration across multiple regions nationwide, Scien Green systematically presented the working principle of its salt-inhibition chemicals, adaptable dosing processes, on-site operation control points, and total cost optimization solutions, helping enterprises ensure long-cycle, stable operation of their incineration systems.

This conference was both an exchange of industry insights and a showcase of technological achievements. In response to the new requirements for green and low-carbon development under the "15th Five-Year Plan", Scien Green will continue to deepen its expertise in industrial circulating water treatment, driven by technological innovation. It will keep optimizing key processes such as electrochemical zero-discharge, phosphorus-free scale inhibition, and salt-inhibition for hazardous waste incineration, providing the fertilizer industry with more efficient, more economical and more environmentally friendly customized solutions — contributing to the transformation of traditional fertilizers into green and intelligent products, and to the efforts of safeguarding national food security and promoting high-quality industry development.
