Performance & Application: 

This product is compounded from polymeric oil-based demulsifiers, organic demulsifier aids, and polar solvents. The product features numerous branched chains, abundant functional groups, and strong adsorption and capture capabilities. It effectively improves the interfacial tension of water-in-oil (W/O) or oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions, causing the oil or colloidal particles in the wastewater to lose repulsive and attractive forces, thus losing stability. Furthermore, through chemical bridging, it causes the dispersed petroleum coke oil droplets in the wastewater to aggregate with each other, gradually enlarge, and settle. It offers excellent demulsification performance, high efficiency and speed in dehydration and desalination, good dehydration performance at the oil-water interface, and low oil content in the separated ammonia water. It can solve the problem of demulsification and separation of wastewater and petroleum coke.

Product Application: 

Suitable for the demulsification and desalination of wastewater from washing impellers in the sponge titanium process, primarily used for the separation of petroleum coke from wastewater.

Usage Method:

(1) Pump this product into the demulsifier storage tank, then use a metering pump to inject it into the pipeline carrying the impeller wash water requiring demulsification. The chemical agent enters the subsequent wastewater storage pool with the petroleum coke wastewater for demulsification and separation (Alternatively, a small metering pump can be used to inject directly from the agent drum into the demulsifier pipeline).

(2) The dosage of the demulsifier is approximately 1500 mg/L. If the volume of impeller wash water is large, it can be used as a concentrate.

(3) Do not use in combination with other demulsifiers to avoid reactions that could clog pipelines.

(4) Use polymer materials such as rubber hoses for transportation.

Packaging, Storage & Safety:

(1) Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 200 kg per drum, or in plastic IBC totes, net weight 1000 kg.

(2) This product should be stored sealed in a dry, cool, well-ventilated area at room temperature. The shelf life is 6 months.
