Performance & Application: 

This product is compounded from various high molecular weight branched demulsifiers, demulsifier aids, and polar solvents. The product contains a large number of double bond σ-systems and hydroxyl end-capped groups, offering targeted adsorption and capture capabilities. It effectively improves the interfacial tension of water-in-oil (W/O) or oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions, causing oily particles in the alkaline water-resin mixture to lose repulsive forces and stability. Furthermore, through chemical bridging, it causes fine oil droplets dispersed in the alkaline water to aggregate with each other, gradually grow larger, and float. It offers excellent demulsification performance, high dehydration efficiency and salt tolerance, fast speed, a sharp oil-water interface, good dehydration performance, low oil content and low COD in the treated alkaline water, resulting in a lower subsequent sewage treatment load.

Application: Suitable for demulsification, desalting, and dehydration of alkaline water washing resin.

Usage Method:

Pump this product into the demulsifier storage tank, then inject it into the demulsifier pipeline using a metering pump (a small metering pump can also be used to inject directly from the agent drum into the demulsifier pipeline).

The dosage of the resin polymerization solution for demulsification should be over 200mg/L, and it can be adjusted appropriately according to the demulsification situation of the system.

Do not use in combination with other demulsifiers to avoid reactions that could clog pipelines.

Polymer materials such as rubber hoses can be selected for transportation.

Packaging, Storage & Safety:

(1) Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 25 kg per drum, or in iron drums, net weight 200 kg.
    (2) This product should be stored sealed in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place at room temperature. The shelf life is 6 months.
