Performance: The MVR Evaporation Scale Inhibitor has a stable structure and low phosphorus content, reducing the risk of calcium phosphate scale formation and lessening the pressure of environmental eutrophication pollution. It can form three-dimensional bicyclic or polycyclic chelates with metal ions such as calcium, magnesium, and iron under high temperature and pressure, providing excellent inhibition against the deposition of metal inorganic salts in water, while also inhibiting metal corrosion in the system. Many polymer components possess solubilizing and lattice distortion effects, effectively inhibiting the deposition of inorganic salts in water. Simultaneously, they disperse non-crystalline slime, dust, corrosion products, and organic matter, allowing them to flow with the water and avoid adsorption and deposition of foulants. It effectively keeps the evaporator surface clean and scale-free, thereby improving the heat transfer efficiency of the evaporator, accelerating the evaporation rate of water in the waste liquid, extending equipment cleaning cycles, and enhancing the efficiency and energy savings of the entire concentration process, reducing costs and significantly improving benefits.
Usage Method: Dilute the MVR-specific scale inhibitor and dispersant in a dosing tank, then feed it into the evaporator along with the wastewater via a metering pump according to the dosage. It can also be added directly as the neat liquid. The general dosage is 50-200 ppm; the specific dosage should be determined based on water quality conditions.
