Performance and Application:
SGR1104 is a specialized high-temperature, high-complexity water scale inhibitor developed for leachate containing substantial harmful substances, inorganic salts, and heavy metals. It achieves scale inhibition in high-salinity water by chelation, dispersion, and lattice distortion, preventing the precipitation of inorganic salts such as calcium sulfate and calcium carbonate. This maintains the normal operation of evaporation equipment, thereby extending cleaning cycles and service life.
Usage Method:
Dilute SGR1104 specialized scale inhibitor and dispersant in a dosing tank. Feed it into the evaporator with leachate via a metering pump according to the dosage. It can also be added directly as a concentrate. The typical dosage is 60–80 ppm.
Packaging & Storage:
Packaged in 25kg, 200kg, or 1000kg plastic drums. Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 12 months. Handle with care during transportation to prevent impact damage.
