Performance Characteristics:
(1) The Near-Zero Discharge Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor contains components of oxidizing corrosion inhibitors, adsorbing corrosion inhibitors, and precipitation corrosion inhibitors.
Firstly, it can rapidly form a uniform and dense metal oxide film on various metal surfaces even in high turbidity circulating water. Secondly, it quickly adsorbs onto the metal surface forming an adsorption film with one end metal-philic and the other end hydrophobic. Thirdly, it can chelate heavy metal ions in the wastewater to form a precipitation film. These three layers of film are uniform, dense, and complementary, providing resistance against chloride ions and sulfate ions up to tens of thousands mg/L in highly corrosive circulating water, ensuring the metal surface remains smooth and corrosion-free.
(2) Under the lattice distortion effect of the Near-Zero Discharge Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor, inorganic salts precipitate into disordered and loose water slag after reaching supersaturated solubility. This slag forms suspended solids dispersed in the water together with sediment, humus, colloids, dead bacteria/algae, etc.
Under the dispersing effect of the Near-Zero Discharge Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor, the wastewater can maintain turbidity of several hundred NTU without forming slimy deposits, and it also possesses certain synergistic bactericidal effects.
In conjunction with the core near-zero discharge treatment unit (turbidity treatment device) and sedimentation equipment of the circulating water system, it stabilizes the content of various ions and suspended solids within a certain range, achieving a system where foulants do not adhere or deposit.
(3) The Near-Zero Discharge Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor contains multiple cleaning groups with different properties.
It penetrates, dissolves, strips, disperses, complexes, and enhances complexation of various foulants with different properties in the system, dissolving them into the water for removal. This ensures equipment surfaces are clean, exposing the bare metal, and can remove slime, hard scale, corrosion products, etc., during operation.
Application: Used as a scale and corrosion inhibitor for near-zero discharge operation in wastewater reuse open recirculating cooling water systems. It can be widely used in such systems for coking, power, chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgical, and other industries.
Usage Method: The dosage varies depending on the water quality indicators and process parameters of the application system. Generally, based on the makeup water volume, the dosing concentration is controlled between 300.0 - 500.0 mg/L. Suitable pH range: 7.0 - 9.2.
Packaging and storage: Packed in 25kg or 200kg plastic drums. Store in a cool and dry place. The storage period is ten months. Handle with care during transportation to avoid impact.
