Model: SGR2339W
Product Name: Microemulsion Cutting Fluid
Product Characteristics:
It is a versatile microemulsion cutting fluid that forms a semi-transparent liquid when mixed with water.
It offers good lubricity, rust prevention, and cleaning properties, along with excellent machining performance. It effectively extends the inter-process corrosion inhibition time for workpieces under complex working conditions. It can effectively extend tool life and ensure the machining accuracy of workpiece surfaces.
Scope of Application: Suitable for processing most ferrous metals such as carbon steel and cast iron, and can also be used for machining aluminum alloys. It serves functions such as cooling, lubrication, and cleaning during the workpiece machining process.
Usage Method: After cleaning the liquid tank and machine tool thoroughly, mix SGR2339W with water at specified ratios according to on-site process requirements (1:15 for ferrous metals, 1:20 for aluminum alloys). Add the prepared working fluid to the liquid tank, then use an oil pump to discharge and spray it onto the cutting area of the workpiece.
Engineer Recommendations:
Before initial use, clean and sanitize the machine tool's liquid tank.
It is recommended to use purified water or tap water to prepare the working fluid. For water that is too soft or too hard, please contact Scientific Green Business in advance for technical support.
The cutting fluid system should have an effective metal chip and impurity separation system to maintain the purity and cleanliness of the working fluid.
Mixing with other brands of cutting fluids is strictly prohibited to maintain its excellent characteristics.
Packaging & Storage:
Store sealed in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated warehouse, protected from sunlight, rain, and contamination. Recommended storage temperature is 5~35°C.
Use appropriate handling tools during transportation to avoid package damage.
During transportation, cover with a tarpaulin to prevent direct sunlight.
Under normal storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 2 years.
