Product Characteristics:

It is a water-soluble cutting fluid that forms a translucent liquid when mixed with water.

It is features excellent extreme pressure lubricity, rust resistance, cooling performance, and superior machining performance. It can effectively extend the corrosion inhibition time of workpieces between processes under complex working conditions.

It can effectively prolong the service life of cutting tools and ensure the machining accuracy of workpiece surfaces.

It has low odor, good anti-corrosion performance, excellent hard water resistance, and a long product service life. It can resist hard water with a hardness of over 1000 ppm at most.

Application Scope:

It is suitable for the processing of most ferrous metals. With certain lubricity and a long service life, it can be used for cooling, rust prevention, and cleaning of workpieces between processes.

Usage Method:

1. After thoroughly cleaning the fluid tank and machine tool, mix SGR2352W with water at a certain ratio in accordance with on-site process requirements.

2. Add the prepared working fluid into the fluid tank, then pump it out using an oil pump and spray it onto the workpiece cutting area.

Engineer Recommendations:

- Before using this product for the first time, please thoroughly clean and disinfect the machine tool fluid tank.

- It is recommended to use pure water or tap water to prepare the working fluid. For excessively soft or hard water, please contact us in advance to obtain technical support.

- The cutting fluid system should be equipped with a good separation system for metal chips and impurities to maintain the purity and cleanliness of the working fluid.

- Mixing with other grades of cutting fluids is strictly prohibited to preserve its excellent properties.

Packaging and Storage:

- It should be stored in a sealed state in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated warehouse to prevent exposure to sunlight, rain, and the mixing of impurities. The recommended storage temperature is 5~35℃.

- Appropriate loading and unloading tools should be used during handling to avoid package damage.

- A tarpaulin should be used to cover the product during transportation to prevent direct sunlight.

- Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 2 years.
