Product Characteristics:

SGR2372W is a water-soluble cleaning agent formulated with water-based rust inhibitors, emulsifiers, saponifiers, penetrants, and additives. It is completely soluble in water.

It offers excellent cleaning power and oil-dissolving capability while providing rust prevention between processes.

It can clean solvent oils, white oils, kerosene, diesel, guide rail oils, machining oils, hydraulic oils, rust preventive oils, etc. The product produces low foam and is suitable for spray cleaning.

Application Scope: Suitable for industrial cleaning and degreasing of steel parts, cold-rolled sheets, stainless steel, and carbon steel workpieces. Use by spraying at 40-50°C after heating.

Usage Instructions:

Mix SGR2372W thoroughly with water at a concentration of approximately 1:15 to 1:20, maintaining a pH level between 10 and 11.

Engineer's Recommendations:

Operate at temperatures between 40-50°C (104-122°F), adjusted based on site conditions and oil contamination types.

Suitable for inter-process rust prevention on cast iron components and for rust-preventive cleaning in assembly lines.

Drain and clean the tank periodically based on solution contamination levels.

Wear protective rubber gloves; avoid skin contact.

Packaging & Storage:

Store sealed in a dry, cool, well-ventilated warehouse. Protect from sunlight, rain, and contamination. Recommended storage temperature: 5–35°C (41–95°F).

Use appropriate handling tools during transport to prevent package damage.

Cover with tarpaulin during transport to shield from direct sunlight.

Under normal storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 2 years.
