Product Highlights
- Dual-function integrated formula that realizes simultaneous corrosion inhibition and scale prevention for power plant cooling water systems.
- Stable performance under harsh working conditions including high water hardness, high alkalinity and high concentration multiple of thermal power plants.
- Effectively protects carbon steel, copper and alloy heat exchangers, lowering equipment corrosion rate significantly.
- Suppresses the formation of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and silicate scales on heat transfer surfaces.
- Low required dosage cuts total water treatment cost; low-foam property will not interfere with system circulation.
Good compatibility with conventional circulating water biocides and other auxiliary water treatment chemicals.

Performance:
This product, developed through extensive laboratory testing and field application improvements, is a high-efficiency scale and corrosion inhibitor. Used in recirculating cooling water systems, it provides excellent corrosion inhibition for metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper. It strongly inhibits scale deposition and has outstanding dispersing properties for foulants.
Application:
As a scale and corrosion inhibitor, it is widely used in open recirculating cooling water systems of thermal power plants, biomass power plants, waste-to-energy plants, nuclear power plants, etc.
Usage Dosage:
Dosage varies depending on the water quality indicators and process parameters of the application system. Generally calculated based on make-up water volume, the dosage concentration should be controlled at around 6.5~15.0 mg/L. Suitable pH range: 7.0-9.5.
Packaging & Storage:
Packed in 25 kg, 200 kg, or 1000 kg plastic drums. Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: twelve months. Handle with care during transportation to avoid impact.
