Performance and Use:

ProtecMBC® 1503W is a phosphorus-free, highly efficient scale inhibitor for reverse osmosis (RO) systems as well as nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) systems, which prevents fouling on the membrane surface, improves the water yield and quality, and reduces operating costs.

Product Features:

(1) Can be used for reverse osmosis CA and TFC membranes, nanofiltration and ultrafiltration membranes;

(2) Good solubility and stability, dispersed through particles to keep the membrane surface clean;

(3) Good hydrolytic stability, effective for feed water pH in the range of 5-9;

(4) Phosphorus-free formula, on the one hand, can reduce bacterial growth and phosphate precipitation pollution, on the other hand, can meet the requirements of environmental protection emissions;

(5) It does not coalesce with iron and aluminum and their oxides to form insoluble substances.

Usage:

The dosage of reverse osmosis scale inhibitor ProtecMBC® 1503W is calculated according to the system water quality analysis report and system operation, generally dosage is 5-8mg/L. It can be diluted or dosed in the original solution, if it is diluted and dosed, the diluted water is RO water or demineralized water, and the recommended dilution times are not more than 10 times. Every 5-7 days to re-formulate the agent, note that before re-formulation of the agent, should be cleaned medicine box, to prevent the growth of microorganisms.

Packing and Storage:

Reverse osmosis scale inhibitor ProtecMBC® 1503W is usually packed in plastic drums, 25kg/drum; or according to the specific requirements of customers.
