Performance and purpose:
In the evaporation process of MVR or multi-effect evaporator for high sulfate and high calcium sewage, it is easy to generate calcium sulfate hard scale on the surface of the equipment, resulting in the rapid decline of heat transfer efficiency and evaporation, resulting in the equipment in a short time. Calcium sulfate scale is hard, dense, difficult to clean, high-pressure water scale is time-consuming and laborious, and easy to damage the equipment. SGR-1114 is a special agent for the scaling of calcium sulfate in the evaporator. This agent can effectively reduce the scaling of calcium sulfate, calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate produced by the evaporation of high sulfate and high calcium wastewater, and the scale resistance rate of calcium sulfate is> 90%.
By chelating capacity enhancement and lattice rhetoric, the agent can achieve scale resistance. The dispersant will also chemically react with the dirt on the surface of the evaporator, so that it is not easy to precipitate and attach on the surface of the evaporator and peel off the old scale. It ensures the surface cleaning of the evaporator, improves the heat conduction speed, and extends the service life and cleaning cycle of the evaporation equipment.
Usage: dilute SGR1114 special scale resistance dispersant in the dosing tank through the metering pump, add to the evaporation equipment together with the wastewater, or directly add the stock solution. The general dosage is 80~120ppm, and the specific dosage is determined according to the water quality. Before the use, the medicine cabinet and pipeline should be rinsed to avoid affecting the use effect.
Packaging and storage: with 25kg, 200 kg, 1000kg plastic barrels, stored in a cool and dry place, storage period of 12 months, carefully placed when handling to prevent impact.
