Product Name: Gas phase degreasing cleaning agent for petrochemical equipment
Technical Specifications:
Appearance | Light yellow to amber transparent liquid |
pH (1% aqueous solution) | 7-9 |
Density (20°C) | ≥1.05g/cm3 |
Performance and Application: This product is a light yellow to amber transparent liquid. It is primarily used for the vapor phase cleaning of internal oil deposits in petrochemical equipment during shutdowns for maintenance. It significantly reduces steam blowing time compared to steam blowing alone and effectively removes residual oil deposits from equipment surfaces.
Usage Instructions: This product is a concentrate. Used as a cleaning agent for oil deposits in petrochemical equipment, it can be diluted to a concentration of 10%-15% for cleaning, depending on the specific field equipment and process. After the main process feed is withdrawn during the maintenance phase and the column steaming (steam blowing) stage begins, the cleaning agent is first introduced with the steam into all parts of the system to clean oil deposits. It is subsequently used in conjunction with the Ferrous Sulfide Vapor Phase Passivation Cleaning Agent.
Packaging, Storage, and Transportation:
(1) This product is packaged in plastic drums: 25 kg/drum, 1 ton/drum, or as required by the customer.
(2) Store this product in a cool, dark, well-ventilated warehouse, away from ignition sources and high temperatures. Storage temperature should not exceed 30°C.
(3) Store separately from flammable materials, combustibles, reducing agents, acids, and other incompatible substances. Avoid mixed storage.
(4) The storage area should be equipped with leak emergency handling equipment and suitable containment materials.
Safety Precautions:
(1) This product is slightly corrosive. Avoid inhalation and ingestion. Operators must wear protective goggles, acid-alkali resistant gloves, protective masks, and work caps. If necessary, wear acid-alkali resistant protective clothing.
(2) Do not eat, drink, or smoke while working. Ensure adequate ventilation or local exhaust. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling.
(3) Prevent impact during handling. Ensure seals are intact and prevent damage to packaging and containers. In case of a leak, dilute and flush with copious amounts of water or cover with sand/soil.
(4) Avoid rough handling during loading and unloading. Ensure containers do not leak, collapse, fall, or become damaged. Prevent the solution from splashing and causing injury during handling.
