Performance and Application:  This product is a neutral rust removal agent for iron and steel, designed to replace traditional acid pickling rust removal processes. It offers advantages such as fast rust removal speed, noticeable passivation effect, and convenient operation. It is a specialized cleaning agent composed of selected highly efficient chelating agents, penetrants, corrosion inhibitors, and other components, specifically for iron oxide scale. It does not cause over-corrosion or hydrogen embrittlement to the iron and steel substrate. It can be widely used for rust removal and cleaning in pre-treatment of surfaces such as complete sets of equipment, steel workpieces, iron workpieces, pipelines, wire rods, plates, as well as for cleaning rust corrosion products from equipment.

Usage Instructions: Use the product at a concentration of 5%-20%. Dilute with demineralized water, stir thoroughly, and then use. Increasing the temperature of the cleaning solution or employing manual assisted scrubbing can improve derusting and degreasing effectiveness and shorten the derusting time.

For optimal derusting results: If the surface rust on the material being treated is severe, first remove the heavily rusted parts using a steel brush or other mechanical methods before treating with this rust remover. If the surface of the material has heavy oil stains, remove the oil stains first before using this rust remover.

Packaging and Storage: Packaged in plastic barrels. Avoid mixing with strong oxidizing or strongly alkaline substances. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Shelf life is twelve months at room temperature.

Safety and Protection: Operate with proper labor protection. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
