Product Introduction: This product is a white solid powder, primarily used for the corrosion protection of boiler equipment, pipelines, and chemical installations during cold shutdowns or out-of-service periods.

Performance and Application: The product is used at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. It is particularly suitable for protecting industrial boiler equipment or other industrial equipment from shutdown corrosion. The product is placed on a tray inside the equipment, and the valves are closed. Dosing is convenient; a single application is required without the need for additional chemicals. It offers long-lasting efficacy, making it suitable for protecting boiler equipment that is out of service for extended periods, in cold standby, or mothballed.

Usage Method:

① The agent is a solid powder, compounded from multiple chemicals, and acts as a vapor phase corrosion inhibitor. It can be placed in a tray and introduced into the equipment to be protected. The equipment is then sealed. It is non-toxic, non-flammable, and easy to transport.
② Use at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. When the boiler is shut down and the furnace water temperature drops to 100-120°C, drain the boiler water. Use the residual heat in the furnace, a small fire, or introduce heated air into the furnace to dry the internal surfaces of the boiler. The agent can then be placed inside.
③ Dose at a ratio of 3000-5000g of agent per cubic meter of volume. A single application is sufficient.
④ Usage Notes: Can be used even if a small amount of water remains in the boiler. If excessive residual water accumulates in the boiler, the dosage should be increased accordingly. Not suitable for long-distance pipeline networks. Not suitable for systems and equipment without suitable openings for placing the corrosion inhibitor.

Packaging and Storage:

① This product is packaged in woven bags, 25 kg/bag, or as required by the customer.
② Store separately from flammable materials, combustibles, reducing agents, acids, alkalis, and other incompatible substances. Avoid mixed storage.
③ The storage area should be equipped with leak emergency handling equipment and suitable containment materials.

Safety and Protection:
Avoid inhalation and ingestion. Operators must wear protective goggles, protective masks (e.g., 3M), and acid-alkali resistant gloves.
