Product Introduction: This product is a colorless to light yellow transparent liquid, primarily composed of multiple components such as surface-active aliphatic hydrocarbons, sulfonated amines, and high-efficiency scale inhibitors. It is mainly used for corrosion and scale prevention in boiler water-steam systems. This product serves "multiple purposes with one substance," replacing traditional boiler water treatment chemicals like phosphate compounds, hydrazine, and ammonia, yielding superior results. The active ingredients provide optimal protection and passivation for all ferrous metal surfaces throughout the entire water-steam circuit of the boiler. Simultaneously, it can reduce the thickness of existing oxide and scale deposit layers to maintain heat transfer efficiency, thereby preventing the formation of boiler scale and corrosion.
Usage Method: This product is added upstream of the boiler feedwater pump. The initial dosage during start-up is approximately 200 ppm. After 5-7 days of operation, once a protective film has formed on the metal surfaces, the dosage can be reduced to 60 ppm - 80 ppm. The specific dosage should be adjusted to maintain a condensate pH of 7.0 - 8.0.
Packaging, Storage, and Transportation:
(1) This product is packaged in blue plastic drums: 25 kg/drum, 1 ton/drum, or as required by the customer.
(2) Store this product in a cool, dark, well-ventilated warehouse, away from ignition sources and high temperatures. Storage temperature should not exceed 30°C.
(3) Store separately from flammable materials, combustibles, acids, alkalis, and other incompatible substances. Avoid mixed storage.
(4) The storage area should be equipped with leak emergency handling equipment and suitable containment materials.
Safety Precautions:
(1) Avoid inhalation and ingestion. Operators must wear protective goggles, acid-alkali resistant gloves, protective masks (e.g., 3M), and safety helmets. If necessary, wear acid-alkali resistant protective clothing.
(2) Do not eat, drink, or smoke while working. Ensure adequate ventilation or local exhaust. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling.
(3) Prevent impact during handling. Ensure seals are intact and prevent damage to packaging and containers.
(4) Avoid rough handling during loading and unloading. Ensure containers do not leak, collapse, fall, or become damaged. Prevent the solution from splashing and causing injury during handling.
