Product Introduction:
Hydrogenation Corrosion Inhibitor is a specialized product developed using multiple pre-filming corrosion inhibitors and other additives, specifically addressing the high hydrogen sulfide content in the corrosive media of hydrogenation refining units. Beyond corrosion inhibition, this product also provides dual functions of neutralization and anti-corrosion.
Product Features:
Primarily used to control low-temperature corrosion in refinery hydrogenation units, including fractionation tower tops, H₂S stripping tower tops, and circulating hydrogen desulfurization system tops. Also serves as a low-temperature corrosion inhibitor for tower tops in catalytic cracking and coking units. Offers high corrosion inhibition efficiency, low dosage requirements, and excellent water solubility. Non-toxic formulation effectively prevents under-deposit and dew-point corrosion.
Usage Method:
Pump the product into the corrosion inhibitor storage tank and dilute with softened water to achieve the required concentration. Use a metering pump to inject it into the vapor line at the top of fractionation towers, absorption stabilizing towers, and other units in refinery hydrogenation and coking facilities. The injection dosage depends on the oil properties and the acidic corrosive substances in the system, typically ranging from 30-40 ppm. Increase dosage as acid gas concentration in oil/gas rises.
Packaging & Storage:
(1) Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 200kg per drum.
(2) Store in cool, dry, well-ventilated areas. Shelf life: one year.
Safety Precautions:
Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing. If contact occurs, flush thoroughly with copious amounts of water. Keep away from ignition sources.
