On March 17, 2026, Scien green Environmental Co., Ltd. held a grand ceremony to appoint a Senior Advisor, officially engaging Professor Xu Hao—Head of the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Enrgy and Power Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University—to serve as the company's Senior Advisor. Professor Xu Hao has long dedicated himself to research in fields such as electrochemical water treatment technologies, titanium-based metal oxide electrodes, and electrocatalytic CO2 reduction; his academic achievements are prolific, and he wields extensive influence within the realm of environmental science and engineering. In August 2022, Scien Green Environmental  Co., Ltd. signed a technical contract with i'an Jiaotong University titled "Technical Development of Electrochemical Equipment for Circulating Cooling Water Systems." This project, undertaken by Professor Xu Hao's team, has since been successfully completed. Throughout this collaborative process, Scien Green and Professor Xu Hao's team worked in close coordination and with high efficiency, ensuring the smooth advancement of the project while deepening mutual understanding and trust. The appointment of Professor Xu Hao as Senior Advisor marks another pivotal step for Scien Green in strengthening its collaboration with higher education institutions, deepening the synergistic integration of industry, academia, and research, and accelerating breakthroughs in key technologies as well as the commercialization of research outcomes.

The appointment ceremony commenced at 11:00 AM. Distinguished guests attending and witnessing the event included Qin Feng, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Economic Development Bureau of the Jining Economic Development Zone; Jin Junrong, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Office at the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Center; as well as Scien Green's Chairman Tian Minge, Senior Advisor Professor Yin Shumei, General Manager of the Environmental Protection Division Song Mingwei, and key core personnel from the Environmental Protection Division. The ceremony was presided over by Zhou Liping, Director of the company's Operations and Development Center.

 Professor Yin Shumei delivered the opening remarks, extending a warm welcome to Professor Xu Hao upon his joining the team and expressing high hopes for the future prospects of this university-enterprise collaboration. Subsequently, witnessed by all those present, company Chairman Tian Minge signed the appointment agreement with Professor Xu Hao and presented him with the official letter of appointment, marking the entry of their collaboration into a new and advanced stage. In his remarks, Professor Xu Hao stated that he would fully leverage his research expertise to integrate cutting-edge scientific findings with the practical needs of the enterprise, thereby assisting Scien Green in overcoming technical bottlenecks and driving technological advancement within the industry.

 

Song Mingwei, General Manager of the Environmental Protection Division, expressed his deep admiration for Professor Xu Hao’s professional proficiency and personal charisma. He pledged to cooperate fully with Professor Xu, providing timely access to frontline data and technical challenges, and working efficiently to translate research concepts and technical ideas into practical applications, thereby contributing to the successful implementation of the company’s development strategy.

 

Chairman Tian Minge delivered the concluding remarks, expressing gratitude to the Economic Development Zone and various government departments for their long-standing support. He recounted the history of the relationship between the company and Professor Xu—from their initial contact in early 2022 to their current project collaboration—and highlighted this appointment as a significant milestone in deepening their partnership. Chairman Tian spoke highly of Professor Xu’s professional competence, practical experience, and personal integrity. He expressed the hope that this collaboration would serve as a catalyst for resolving the company’s technical challenges and creating value for clients, while simultaneously fostering the development of practical, industry-ready environmental protection talent. Furthermore, he emphasized the goal of driving high-quality development within the industry and making due contributions to the establishment of Shandong Province’s pilot zone for high-quality, green, and low-carbon development, as well as to Jining City’s strategic initiative for high-quality, exponential growth.
