Product Description: This product is a defoamer composed of various mineral oils, defoaming substances, synergists, and dispersants. It features fast dispersion and good defoaming characteristics, maintaining excellent defoaming and foam inhibition effects even at low concentrations. It demonstrates good compatibility in application systems. It can be used in coatings/adhesives, textile printing pastes, resins, and other industries where silicones cannot be used.
Usage Method: This defoamer possesses excellent defoaming and foam inhibition properties. It can be added after foam generation or incorporated as a foam-inhibiting component into products. Depending on the specific application system, the addition rate of the defoamer can be from 0.1% to 0.3% (1‰ to 3‰). The optimal dosage should be determined by the customer through testing based on the specific conditions. The product can be used directly. If stratification occurs after prolonged storage, it can be stirred before use; this does not affect the defoaming performance.
Packaging: Available in 25 kg, 50 kg, 100 kg plastic drums, 200 kg plastic-lined iron drums, or negotiated packaging.
Storage: This defoamer product should be stored in an environment between 0°C and 50°C. Keep away from heat sources or direct sunlight. Do not add acids, alkalis, salts, or other substances to the product. If stratification occurs after long storage, stir it to uniformity; this generally does not affect performance. Store using standard chemical storage methods. After use, ensure the container is sealed tightly to prevent deterioration. The shelf life is 9 months from the date of production when stored under the recommended storage temperatures in unopened original packaging.
