Product Introduction: This organic silicon defoamer is made of modified silicone oil, MQ resin and white carbon black as the main raw materials, which are emulsified and compounded using the latest technology. It has the following characteristics: fast defoaming speed, long anti-foaming time, high efficiency, low dosage, and is non-toxic, non-corrosive, biologically inert and has no adverse side effects. It is very easy to disperse in water, is well compatible with liquid products, and is not easy to demulsify and float oil.Suitable for defoaming and anti-foaming in various industrial water systems.
Application: This product has wide applicability and can be used for defoaming and anti-foaming in many water-based environments. For example:
(1) It is suitable for defoaming in the textile printing and dyeing process and for anti-foaming in printing and dyeing auxiliaries such as textile sizing agents.
(2) Medium-temperature and high-temperature dyeing; Defoaming for cleaning agents and detergent products; Paper black liquor, no precipitation, long foam suppression time; Other aqueous foam systems requiring rapid defoaming.
(3) It is used in oil extraction to eliminate harmful foams in drilling mud and cementing cement.
Usage method: This product can be used directly or diluted before use. Storage: Suitable for storage at room temperature, do not place near heat sources, and do not expose to sunlight. Do not add acid, alkali, salt and other substances to the stored defoamer, and do not store it for a long time after dilution with water. There will be no stratification within half a year of storage. If stratification occurs after this period, it can be stirred evenly before use, which will not affect the use effect.
