Product Name: Polyether Ester Defoamer
Product Description: This product is composed of polyether esters, dispersing agents, stabilizers, etc.
Physicochemical Indicators:
Item | Technical Specification |
Appearance | Colorless or light yellow transparent oily viscous liquid |
pH value (1% aqueous solution) | 5.0-7.0 |
Molecular Weight | 0.85-1.05mg/l |
Application: This product is widely used for defoaming in paper white water, chemical cleaning, textiles, landfill leachate, dyeing, rubber, leather, and various other water systems. In wastewater treatment, it does not clog membranes and causes no adverse effects from floating oil or other attachments.
Defoaming: When foam has formed in the system, add and mix evenly to eliminate foam immediately and inhibit foam regeneration.
Suppression: Add and mix evenly before foam forms in the system to inhibit foam formation.
Dosage: The specific dosage should be determined based on testing. Water quality varies greatly, leading to significant differences in foaming capacity, and manufacturers have different requirements for liquid levels, so the addition amount can vary considerably.
Usage Method: Can be dripped or sprayed directly into the wastewater. Alternatively, it can be diluted 10-50 times before adding to the wastewater, depending on the actual situation. Diluted defoamer should be used as soon as possible; otherwise, its effectiveness may be reduced.
Packaging: This product is packaged in 25L and 200L plastic drums.
Storage: This product should be stored in a cool, dry indoor environment. It must not be stored for prolonged periods in high-temperature or extreme cold environments.
