Product Description: This product is compounded from various long-chain polymers such as esters, ethers, and alcohols. It offers high cost-effectiveness and is suitable for defoaming in various types of industrial wastewater. It requires a low dosage and demonstrates significant defoaming and foam suppression effects throughout the process.
Application: This product has broad applicability and can be used for defoaming and foam suppression in many aqueous environments. For example:
(1) Suitable for defoaming in textile printing and dyeing processes and for foam suppression in textile sizing agents and other dyeing auxiliaries;
(2) Used in industries such as wastewater treatment, industrial circulating water, papermaking wastewater treatment, chemical cleaning, fertilizer anti-caking agents, and petrochemicals;
(3) Can be used in biological fermentation and can withstand high-temperature sterilization. Using the fed-batch method offers lower costs;
(4) Used in petroleum extraction to eliminate harmful foam in drilling muds and cementing slurries.
Usage Method: This product can be used directly or after dilution. Diluted product should not be stored for long periods, as stratification or oil separation may occur, affecting performance. For methods to achieve long-term storage of diluted product, please consult our company.
Packaging: Packed in 25 kg, 50 kg, 100 kg plastic drums, or 200 kg plastic-lined iron drums, or negotiated packaging.
Storage: Store at room temperature. Keep away from heat sources and do not expose to direct sunlight. Do not add acids, alkalis, salts, or other substances to the stored defoamer. Do not store for extended periods after dilution with water. The product will not stratify within six months of storage. If stratification occurs after this period, stir evenly before use; this does not affect performance.
