Product Description: 

This product is primarily composed of polyethers and polyether esters, emulsified and supplemented with small amounts of stabilizers and synergists. It offers high cost-effectiveness and a wide range of applications.

Applications:

(1) This type of defoamer can be widely used in the pharmaceutical industry for defoaming and foam suppression during fermentation processes for various antibiotics, monosodium glutamate (MSG), yeast, enzyme preparations, inosine, citric acid, itaconic acid, xanthan gum, etc. It can also be used effectively in industries such as chemical, textile printing and dyeing, coatings, papermaking, and wastewater treatment. This product can be used for defoaming in various fermentation processes; it can be used in seed tanks, added during the process in main fermentation tanks, or added together with substrates like carbon sources.

(2) Used in applications where silicone defoamers cannot be used, especially suitable for circulating water, landfill leachate treatment, power plant desulfurization, and cleaning processes in the chemical industry. For example, in wastewater treatment, it does not clog membranes and causes no adverse effects from floating oil or other attachments.

(3) Added as a foam suppression component into products to achieve defoaming and foam suppression effects.

Packaging: 

This product is packaged in 25L and 200L plastic drums.

Storage: This product should be stored in a cool, dry indoor environment. It must not be stored for prolonged periods in high-temperature or extreme cold environments.
