Product Description: This product is primarily modified from polyethers, which are condensates of polyoxypropylene, polyoxyethylene, and an initiator, and compounded with self-developed active ingredients, additives, and other synergistic components. Its characteristics include: it can automatically regain its state after high-temperature sterilization, will not separate into oil and water or stratify in the feed tank, thus not affecting its use. This product offers long-lasting foam suppression, high efficiency, low dosage, and is non-toxic, non-corrosive, biologically inert, and has no adverse side effects. It is widely used in various fermentation industries and in other applications where silicone-based products cannot be used.

Applications:

(1) This product is widely used for defoaming in paper black liquor and various wastewater treatment processes, as well as for defoaming in chemical cleaning, textiles, landfill leachate, desulfurization wastewater, dyeing, rubber, leather, and various other water systems. In wastewater treatment, it does not clog membranes and causes no adverse effects from floating oil or other attachments.

(2) Defoaming: When foam has formed in the system, add and mix evenly to eliminate foam immediately.

(3) Suppression: Add and mix evenly before foam forms in the system to inhibit foam formation.

(4) Dosage: The specific dosage should be determined based on testing.

Packaging: This product is packaged in 25L and 200L plastic drums.

Storage: This product should be stored in a cool, dry indoor environment. It must not be stored for prolonged periods in high-temperature or extreme cold environments.
