Product Name: Circulating Ammonia Water purifying agent

Performance & Application: 

Synergistically completed by high positive charge density organic cationic chemicals and non-ionic macromolecular stabilizers. It not only demulsifies emulsified oil droplets but also significantly increases the settling rate of suspended matter in ammonia water. It agglomerates ash, coke particles, and pyrolytic carbon entrained in the circulating ammonia water, purifying the water quality. It achieves separation of tar and ammonia water within a short residence time, improving tar product quality and ammonia water clarity.

Usage Method:

（1）Pump this product into the tar storage tank, then inject it into the purifier pipeline using a metering pump, adding it at the front end of the clarification tank.

（2）The dosage of the tar dehydrating agent is 200-500 mg/L, determined based on the water purification effect.

（3）If used in combination with other demulsifiers or dehydrating agents, a chemical stability test is required.

（4）Polymer materials such as rubber hoses can be selected for transportation.

Packaging, Storage & Safety:

(1) Can be packaged in plastic drums or iron drums according to actual needs.
    (2) This product should be stored sealed in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place at room temperature. The shelf life is 6 months.
