Performance and Use:
This product is compounded from ultra-high molecular weight multi-branched water-based demulsifiers, organic polymer demulsifier aids, and polar solvents. The product contains a large number of double-bond σ systems, is capped with amidine and hydroxyl groups, has numerous branches, and possesses strong adsorption and capture capabilities. It can effectively improve the interfacial tension of water-in-oil (W/O) or oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions, causing the oil or colloidal particles within the ammonia water to lose repulsive and attractive forces, thus losing stability and forming flocs. Furthermore, through chemical bridging, it causes the finely dispersed oil droplets in the ammonia water to aggregate with each other, gradually grow larger, and settle. It offers excellent demulsification performance, high dehydration and desalting efficiency, fast speed, clean oil-water interface, good dehydration performance, and low oil content in the treated ammonia water. It can solve the demulsification and separation problems of circulating ammonia water and tar.
Product Application:
Suitable for demulsification, desalting, and dehydration in circulating ammonia water systems, primarily used as a demulsifier in tar desalting and dehydration units.
Usage Method:
(1) Pump this product into the demulsifier storage tank and inject it into the demulsifier pipeline using a metering pump (a small metering pump can also be used to inject directly from the agent drum into the demulsifier pipeline).
(2) Dosage for circulating ammonia water tar demulsification is 1.5-3.0 mg/L.
(3) Do not use in combination with other demulsifiers to avoid reactions that may clog pipelines.
(4) Polymer materials such as rubber hoses can be selected for transportation.
Packaging, Storage, and Safety:
(1)Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 25 kg per drum, or in plastic IBC totes, net weight 1000 kg.
(2) This product should be stored sealed, in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place at room temperature. Shelf life is 6 months.
(3) Please refer to the MSDS for other information.
