Performance & Application: 

This product is composed of solvents and organic/inorganic ionic substances. The product contains numerous active groups and possesses strong adsorption and coagulation capabilities. It effectively disrupts the interfacial tension of cutting wastewater emulsions and rapidly causes oil droplets and metal residues in the wastewater to lose repulsive forces. Under the bridging action of the demulsifier, they lose stability, form flocs, gradually aggregate and grow larger, achieving the purpose of oil-water separation.

Application:

Suitable for the coagulation and separation of oil droplets and metal residues in cutting waste liquid.

Usage Method:

(1) Pump this product into the demulsifier storage tank, then inject it into the demulsifier pipeline using a metering pump, add it to the waste liquid storage tank, mix uniformly, and allow it to settle and stratify.
(2) The dosage of the demulsifier is 0.5% - 2%, adjusted according to the actual situation.
(3) When used in combination with other agents for synergistic effects, testing for efficacy is required.

Packaging, Storage & Safety:

(1) Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 25 kg or 200 kg per drum.
(2) This product should be stored sealed in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place at room temperature. The shelf life is 6 months.
