Performance & Application: 

This product is a demulsifier for metal degreasing solutions, composed of cationic organic compounds, coagulants, solvents, and other chemicals. The product dissociates in water carrying a positive charge. Based on the principle of charge attraction or repulsion, it effectively improves the interfacial tension of water-in-oil (W/O) or oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions, breaking the emulsion equilibrium. Subsequently, the coagulant causes the oil droplets to rapidly aggregate, gradually grow larger, and quickly float or sink (determined by the density difference between water and oil), achieving the purpose of oil-water separation.

Application:

Suitable for demulsification, dehydration, and oil droplet coagulation of metal degreasing solutions in the machining industry.

Usage Method:

(1)Pump this product into the demulsifier storage tank; it can be diluted for use based on the wastewater volume.

(2)The dosage of the metal degreasing solution demulsifier is 10-300 mg/L, which can be adjusted according to the actual emulsion condition and the required water quality after demulsification.

(3)Do not use in combination with other demulsifiers to avoid reactions that could affect performance.

Packaging, Storage & Safety:

(1) Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 25 kg or 200 kg per drum.
(2) This product should be stored sealed in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place at room temperature. The shelf life is 6 months.
