Performance & Application:
This product is compounded from oil-soluble ether-based demulsifiers, additives, and organic solvents. The product contains a large number of ether groups, has a high hydroxyl value, and high interfacial activity. This product can effectively improve the interfacial tension of emulsions in the wet-process phosphoric acid process, causing solvent and material particles to lose repulsive forces and stability. Furthermore, through chemical bridging, it enables the separation of the solvent and the material it extracts into distinct layers. After adding the demulsifier, under the acidic process conditions of 45-90°C, a period of static settling/stratification or a centrifugation process will allow for complete separation of the organic solvent from the extracted material.
Application:
Suitable for demulsification and stratification of organic solvents and materials in the wet-process phosphoric acid process.
Usage Method:
(1)Pump this product into the demulsifier storage tank, then inject it into the demulsifier pipeline using a metering pump (a small metering pump can also be used to inject directly from the agent drum into the demulsifier pipeline).
(2)The dosage for demulsification is 300-400 mg/L or more, and can be adjusted as appropriate based on the system's demulsification condition.
(3)Do not use in combination with other demulsifiers to avoid reactions that could clog pipelines.
(4)Polymer materials such as rubber hoses can be selected for transportation.
Packaging, Storage & Safety:
(1)Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 25 kg per drum, or in iron drums, net weight 200 kg.
(2) This product should be stored sealed in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place at room temperature. The shelf life is 12 months
