Performance & Application:

This product is composed of solvents, organic strong cationic substances, and settling agents. The product contains numerous active groups and possesses strong adsorption and coagulation capabilities. It effectively disrupts the interfacial tension of fatty hydrocarbon wastewater emulsions and rapidly causes oil droplets in the wastewater to lose repulsive forces. Under the bridging action of the demulsifier, they lose stability, gradually aggregate and grow larger, achieving the purpose of oil-water separation.

Application:

Suitable for oil-water separation of emulsions containing fatty hydrocarbons such as fatty acids and fatty amines.

Usage Method:

(1)Inject this product into the demulsifier pipeline using a metering pump, add it to the waste liquid storage tank, mix uniformly, and then allow it to settle and stratify.
    (2) The dosage of the demulsifier is 1%-2%, adjusted according to the actual emulsification condition.
    (3) When used in combination with other agents for synergistic effects, testing for efficacy is required.

Packaging, Storage & Safety:

(1) Packaged in blue plastic drums or IBC totes, net weight 25 kg or 1000 kg per container.
    (2) This product should be stored sealed in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place at room temperature. The shelf life is 12 months.
