Performance and Application: Industry often uses incineration to treat hazardous waste, employing quenching towers to reduce flue gas temperature. Using high-salinity wastewater as the quenching water has minimal impact on the overall incineration process and can reduce the cost of treating high-salinity wastewater for the enterprise. High-salinity wastewater has a complex composition, with high levels of calcium, magnesium ions, and organic matter. During the process of utilizing waste heat from flue gas for evaporation and concentration, scaling and hardening of salt-ash impurities are inevitable, affecting the operational cycle of the entire system.
This product is a specialized treatment aid developed for high-salinity, high-temperature concentration systems prone to scaling and hardening. It is primarily composed of macromolecular chelating dispersants, insoluble salt surface modifiers, and other substances. It achieves its purpose by altering the formation and growth process of inorganic salt crystal nuclei. It is a liquid product, free of flammable chemicals, environmentally friendly, and safe. Its unique formulation is resistant to high salinity, high hardness, and high temperatures, offering significant dispersion and lattice distortion effects with excellent performance.
This product can also be used as a scale inhibitor and dispersant for evaporation, concentration, and crystallization processes in wastewater treatment.
Usage Method: Introduce the product into the system at a sufficient distance upstream of where the wastewater enters the quenching tower to allow for thorough mixing with the high-salinity wastewater. The chemical is typically fed into the system using a metering pump. The appropriate dosage of SGR-1109 is 400.0-800.0 grams per cubic meter of liquid to be treated. The specific dosage should be determined based on the wastewater quality and equipment operating conditions.
Packaging, Storage & Transportation: Packed in 25 kg, 200 kg, and 1000 kg plastic drums. Store in a cool, dry place. The shelf life is twelve months. Handle with care during transportation to prevent impact.
