Product Characteristics  

It is a water-soluble cutting fluid that forms a transparent liquid when mixed with water.  

It has good rust resistance and outstanding hard water resistance, which can effectively extend the corrosion inhibition time of workpieces between processing steps.  

It can effectively prolong the service life of cutting tools and ensure the machining precision of the workpiece surface.  

It features low odor, good cleaning performance and excellent anti-corrosion properties. Especially for cast iron workpieces, it exhibits better rust and corrosion resistance.  

Application Scope  

Suitable for the processing of most ferrous metals in high-hardness water environments, and can be used for cooling, rust prevention and cleaning of workpieces between processing steps.  

Usage Method  

1. After thoroughly cleaning the fluid tank and machine tool, mix SGR2313 with water at a certain ratio (1:15 to 1:20) according to on-site process requirements.  

2. Add the prepared working fluid into the fluid tank, then pump it out using an oil pump and spray it onto the workpiece cutting area.  

Engineer Recommendations  

1. Before using this product for the first time, please thoroughly clean and disinfect the machine tool fluid tank.  

2. It is recommended to use pure water or tap water to prepare the working fluid. For water with excessively soft or hard quality, please contact us in advance to obtain technical support.  

3. The cutting fluid system should be equipped with an effective separation system for metal chips and impurities to maintain the purity and cleanliness of the working fluid.  

4. Mixing with cutting fluids of other brands is strictly prohibited to preserve its excellent properties.  

Packaging & Storage  

1. Store in a sealed container in a dry, cool and well-ventilated warehouse. Protect from sunlight, rain and contamination by impurities. The recommended storage temperature is 5~35℃.  

2. Use appropriate handling tools during transportation to avoid package damage.  

3. Cover with a tarpaulin during transportation to prevent direct sunlight exposure.  

4. Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 2 years.
