Product Characteristics:

SGR2300W is a water-soluble grinding fluid that forms a transparent liquid when mixed with water.

It offers excellent rust prevention and cooling properties, with no corrosion to machine tools or glass.

It effectively extends the service life of consumables such as grinding pads while significantly improving grinding efficiency. It features low odor, excellent corrosion resistance, and glass powder settling properties, minimizing scratches on glass panels. SGR2300W series has passed third-party halogen testing and meets environmental requirements for specialized industries.

Scope of Application: Suitable for honing various types of optical glass.

Usage Instructions:

After thoroughly cleaning the fluid tank and machine tool, mix SGR2300W with water at a ratio of 1:5 according to on-site process requirements. Pour the prepared working fluid into the tank, pump it out using an oil pump, and direct the spray onto the honing pad.

Engineer's Recommendations:

Before initial use, thoroughly clean and disinfect the machine tool fluid reservoir.

Use purified water or tap water to prepare the working fluid. For excessively soft or hard water conditions, contact our technical support in advance.

The honing circulation system must incorporate an effective glass chips and impurities separation system (filter) to maintain the purity and cleanliness of the working fluid.

Mixing with other brands of cutting fluids is strictly prohibited to preserve its superior properties.

Packaging and Storage:

Store in sealed containers within a dry, cool, and well-ventilated warehouse. Protect from direct sunlight, rain, and contamination. Recommended storage temperature: 5–35°C.

Use appropriate handling equipment during transportation to prevent package damage.

Cover with tarpaulin during transit to shield from direct sunlight.

Under normal storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 2 years.
