SGR2301W is a water-soluble cutting fluid that forms a transparent liquid when mixed with water. It offers excellent rust prevention and cooling properties while being non-corrosive to machine tools and glass. It effectively extends the service life of consumables such as grinding wheels while significantly improving edge grinding efficiency. It features low odor and excellent glass powder settling properties, minimizing scratches on glass panels. SGR2301W series has passed third-party halogen testing, meeting environmental requirements for specialized industries.

Usage Instructions:

After thoroughly cleaning the fluid reservoir and machine tool, mix SGR2301W with water at a ratio of 1:8 according to on-site process requirements. Add the prepared working fluid to the reservoir, pump it out using an oil pump, and spray it onto the grinding wheel's edge.

Engineer's Recommendation:

Before initial use, ensure the machine tool's fluid reservoir is cleaned and disinfected.

Use purified water or tap water for working fluid preparation. For excessively soft or hard water conditions, contact Xingrui technical support in advance.

The honing circulation system must incorporate an effective glass debris and impurity separation system (filter) to maintain working fluid purity and cleanliness.

Strictly avoid mixing with other brands of cutting fluids to preserve its superior properties.

Packaging and Storage:

Store in sealed containers within a dry, cool, and well-ventilated warehouse. Protect from direct sunlight, rain, and contamination by foreign substances. Recommended storage temperature: 5–35°C.

Use appropriate handling equipment during transportation to prevent package damage.

Cover with tarpaulins during transit to shield from direct sunlight.

Under normal storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 2 years.
