Product Characteristics:

It is a water-soluble micro-emulsified cutting fluid. When mixed with water, it forms a white translucent liquid.

It exhibits excellent lubricity, rust resistance, detergency, and cooling performance, along with outstanding tensile resistance and extrusion resistance.

It can effectively extend the service life of grinding tools and ensure the machining accuracy of the workpiece surface.

The product has good detergency, which guarantees the surface finish of the machined workpiece.

Application Scope:

Suitable for the extrusion and stretching forming of steel wheel hub workpieces.

Usage Method:

1. After cleaning the liquid tank and machine tool thoroughly, mix SGR2331W with water at a certain ratio (1:10) in accordance with on-site process requirements.

2. Add the prepared working fluid into the liquid tank, then pump it out using an oil pump and spray it onto the cutting area of the workpiece.

Engineer Recommendations:

1. Before using this product for the first time, please clean and disinfect the machine tool's liquid tank thoroughly.

2. It is recommended to use pure water or tap water to prepare the working fluid. For excessively soft or hard water, please contact Xingerui's business department in advance to obtain technical support.

3. The cutting fluid system should be equipped with a good impurity separation system to maintain the purity and cleanliness of the working fluid.

4. Mixing with other brands of cutting fluids is strictly prohibited to preserve its excellent properties.

Packaging and Storage:

1. Store in a sealed manner in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated warehouse. Protect from sunlight, rain, and the intrusion of impurities. The recommended storage temperature is 5~35℃.

2. Use appropriate loading and unloading tools during handling to prevent packaging damage.

3. Cover with a tarpaulin during transportation to avoid direct sunlight.

4. Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 2 years.
