Product Characteristics:
SGR2380 is a water-based rust preventive that forms a transparent liquid when mixed with water.
It has a low odor and provides good rust and corrosion inhibition, effectively extending the inter-process anti-rust protection period.
SGR2380 is easy to clean, leaves minimal residue, and does not affect subsequent processing steps.
It exhibits good resistance to hard water and is non-precipitating.

Scope of Application:
Suitable for rust prevention treatment of ferrous metals such as carbon steel and cast iron. Particularly ideal for rust protection after phosphating and passivation treatments, it significantly extends the post-treatment rust prevention period without damaging the passivation film.

Usage Method:
Dilute SGR2380 with water according to on-site process requirements. Apply by immersion or spraying onto the workpiece surface at room temperature.

Engineer Recommendations:
Before initial use, ensure the tank is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. It is recommended to prepare the working solution using pure water or tap water.
Within a certain concentration range, a higher product concentration results in a longer rust prevention period.
The tank system should have an effective impurity separation system to maintain the purity and cleanliness of the working solution.
Mixing with other brands of rust preventives is strictly prohibited to maintain its excellent properties.

Packaging & Storage: Store sealed in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated warehouse. Protect from direct sunlight, rain, and contamination by impurities. Recommended storage temperature: 5–35°C.Use appropriate handling tools during transportation to avoid package damage. During transport, cover with a tarpaulin to prevent direct sunlight. Under normal storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 1 year.
