Product Name: Water-based metal anti-rust agent 

Product Characteristics:
It is a water-based rust preventive that forms a transparent, non-flammable, and non-explosive liquid when mixed with water.
Its diluted solution offers excellent rust and corrosion inhibition, effectively extending the inter-process anti-rust protection period.
It is easy to clean, leaves minimal residue, and does not interfere with subsequent processing steps.

The original liquid of SGR2381, when combined with vapor phase anti-rust bags, can provide rust prevention for over one year and can replace most anti-rust oils.

Scope of Application: It is suitable for rust prevention treatment between processes of ferrous metals such as carbon steel and cast iron. Under normal conditions, it can prevent rust for 15 to 20 days. When combined with vapor phase rust prevention, the rust prevention time is longer.

Usage Method:
Dilute It with water according to on-site process requirements. Apply by immersion or spraying onto the workpiece surface at room temperature. After treatment, dry the workpieces by blowing or baking before storage.

Engineer Recommendations:
Thoroughly clean and sanitize the tank before initial use. It is recommended to prepare the working solution using pure water.
Within a certain concentration range, higher product concentration results in longer rust protection. After treatment, workpieces must be kept dry and stored in a low-humidity environment.
The tank system should include an effective impurity separation system to maintain the purity and cleanliness of the working solution.
Mixing with other brands of rust preventives is strictly prohibited to preserve its superior performance.

Packaging & Storage:
Store in a sealed container in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated warehouse. Protect from direct sunlight, rain, and contamination. Recommended storage temperature: 5–35°C.Use appropriate handling tools during transportation to avoid package damage. Cover with a tarpaulin during transport to prevent direct sunlight exposure.
Under normal storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 1 year. 

Available in: 20 kg, 25 kg, 200 kg, and 1000 kg containers
