Performance and use: 

This coating is applied to the surface of stainless steel, the use of fluorine nanomaterials in the stainless steel surface to form a layer of colorless transparent hydrophobic oleophobic protective layer, so that a variety of stains and bacteria are not easy to adhere to, to achieve the effect of oil fingerprints; protective coatings to eliminate the water, stains, organic cleaning fluids and the stainless steel surface in direct contact with the stainless steel stains can not penetrate the stainless steel internal stains, effectively preventing stainless steel corrosion and aging discoloration Process, effectively extend the life of stainless steel.

Usage:

① First use alcohol or detergent to clean the stainless steel surface thoroughly. Tip: The cleaner the stainless steel, the better the effect, otherwise it will affect the effect of nano-coating.

② Shake the stainless steel nano-coating well. Hold the coating in your hand and spray it about 10cm away from the stainless steel, spraying about 0.5 square meters each time.

③Use a dust-free cloth to spread evenly in a circular motion over the area covered by the coating. Tip: It is necessary to ensure that 0.5 square meters are covered by the coating and no area is left out (mainly corners and edges).

④Repeat steps 2 and 3 once, and then perform the coating operation on the next piece of area until the whole piece of stainless steel is operated.

⑤ After 30 minutes, spray a small amount of coating onto a dust-free cloth and wipe away any traces left by the coating operation.

⑥ Under dry conditions, the stainless steel nano-coating needs to be self-drying for 3 hours before use. It can also be heated and dried. 24 hours should not be cleaned with detergent.

Packing and storage: 

SGR2394 is packed in plastic drums, generally 20kg/drum or according to user's requirements; stored in cool and dry place at room temperature, with a shelf life of ten months.

SGR2394 is a neutral product, no significant corrosion of equipment; attention to labor protection during operation, should avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., after contact with a large amount of water rinse.
