Product Name: rust stabilizer 

Product Application:
This product is primarily used to treat various rust stains on steel surfaces, converting useless rust into a dense black anti-corrosion coating film. It can replace construction processes such as grinding/rust removal, and even substitute for some primers. It can essentially meet derusting grade standards above Sa2.5.

Usage Instructions:
The workpiece surface should be dry. If heavy oil stains, paint peel, dirt, or dust are present, clean them beforehand.
To enhance the effectiveness of the rust converter and save usage amount, excessive loose red rust and rust scales on the steel surface should be removed.
The steel surface to be coated must be free from contamination by water mist, droplets, oil stains, and other solvents. If present, clean thoroughly.

Application Requirements:
Ambient Conditions: Application temperature should be between 5°C and 50°C, with relative humidity below 95%. The steel surface temperature must be greater than 5°C and at least 3°C above the measured dew point.
Outdoor application should be stopped in case of rain, fog, snow, or strong wind.
After application and before primer application, avoid exposure to water and sand/dust.
Temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the substrate close to the work area. When applying in enclosed areas, ensure good ventilation to allow proper drying of the Rust Solidifier film.
If a small amount of precipitation occurs after long-term storage, shake well before use.
This product can be applied by brushing, rolling, air spraying, or airless spraying.

Precautions:
During the construction process, try to ensure the conversion layer is completely dry before applying the next coat. Avoid contact with foreign substances (water, acid, alkali, dust, etc.) during the drying period.
As this agent is slightly acidic, avoid direct skin contact. Operators should wear protective equipment during use. If splashed onto the skin, rinse immediately with clean water and consult a doctor if necessary.
Compatibility testing must be conducted before applying primers or topcoats. Use only after passing the test.

Packaging, Storage & Transportation:
This product is packaged in 20 kg plastic drums. It is non-flammable and non-explosive. Store in a cool, dry place. Prevent leakage during storage and transportation.
